Hi, I'm Alice. Me and my lovely dog Enka are based in West Wales where I travel across the lands of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. You can usually find me walking in peaceful places, seeking silence with Enka, practicing Kung Fu or drinking tea and writing poetry.

My journey to the depths of healing started around 2016 when I first became conscious of the eating disorder I'd carried with me for 12 or so years. It was the beginning of a profoundly transformative delve into my ancestral lineage trauma, past life memories and the present need to care deeply for my physical and energetic body while meeting myself with unconditional love.
I came into energy healing naturally, following intuitive guidance and embracing plant medicine to balance my chakras and energy field before undertaking Reiki training. I decided to continue my energy healing path in my own direction and developed my practice through Quantum Healing, Angelic Healing, Nature Spirituality, Elemental Healing and a diverse range of ritual, meditation and divination drawn from many cultural and religious practices.

After these years of exploring the far corners of consciousness, I found myself more and more drawn to grounded, peaceful frequencies and after a long pilgrimage to the Home of my Soul, I was called back to the Taoism and Zen Buddhism that kindly accompanied the first steps of my spriritual journey. Here I rediscovered what it means to be One with all things, the need for balance and harmony in both the physical and spiritual body and the blessings of simplicity and kindness. Now, I am honoured to share all I have learned, received and created with the beautiful Souls who are drawn to my work in resonance with the essence of purity.
